Partner Program

Partner Terms

The plain rules for how the PostHelp Partner Program works and how you get paid.

Last updated September 25, 2026

The short version. Share your partner link. When someone you refer pays for PostHelp Captions or PostHelp Calendar, you earn 25% of every payment they make during their first 12 months as a paying customer. Commissions clear 30 days after each payment and are paid monthly by PayPal once your balance reaches $25. Tell people you are a partner, and describe PostHelp honestly.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Sitez Incorporated, the company that makes PostHelp at posthelp.ai. They cover the PostHelp Partner Program. When you apply, you agree to these terms. In these terms, "we" and "PostHelp" mean Sitez Incorporated, and "you" means the partner.

2. Joining the program

Anyone can apply. We review every application by hand and can approve or decline any application for any reason. You need a PayPal account to receive payments. Joining is free, and there is no minimum number of referrals.

3. What earns a commission

You earn 25% of each payment a referred customer makes for a paid PostHelp Captions plan, a paid PostHelp Calendar plan, or the Captions +10 generation add-on. You earn on payments made during the customer's first 12 months as a paying customer, counted from their first paid payment.

On a monthly plan, that is up to 12 payments. On an annual plan, it is the one annual payment. Commission is figured on the amount the customer actually paid, not counting taxes, and after any discount or coupon.

Free trials and free plans do not earn a commission on their own. If a customer you referred starts on a free plan and later pays, their payments earn a commission as described above.

4. How referrals are tracked

Your partner link places a tracking cookie in the visitor's browser that lasts 90 days. If the visitor signs up for a paid plan within that window, the customer is credited to you. Tracking depends on the visitor's browser accepting cookies. If a customer clears cookies, switches devices, or blocks tracking, we may not be able to credit the sale. If you believe a referral was missed, email us and we will look into it, but our tracking records decide the outcome.

If more than one partner referred the same customer, the credit goes to the partner our tracking records show. A single sale earns a commission once. It does not pay in this program and in any other PostHelp referral or affiliate program, such as FlexOffers, at the same time.

5. What does not earn a commission

Purchases for your own account, for a business you own, or for anyone in your household do not earn a commission. Payments that are refunded or charged back do not earn a commission, and a commission already paid on them may be taken back from future payments. Sales we reasonably believe came from fraud, fake accounts, or traffic that breaks these terms do not earn a commission.

6. When and how you get paid

Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer's payment so refunds and chargebacks can settle. After that it clears. Cleared commissions are paid once a month by PayPal when your cleared balance is $25 or more. Balances under $25 carry over to the next month.

You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax information that the law requires before we pay you, and we may hold payments until we have it.

7. How you may promote PostHelp

Say clearly that you earn a commission whenever you share your partner link or recommend PostHelp. The FTC requires this disclosure, and it keeps your recommendations honest.

Describe PostHelp accurately. PostHelp Captions writes captions that the business owner copies and posts. PostHelp Calendar publishes only the posts the owner has approved. Never describe either product as posting on its own or running without the owner's approval. Do not make promises about results, rankings, followers, or income.

Do not send unsolicited bulk email or messages. Do not bid on PostHelp, PostHelp Captions, PostHelp Calendar, or close variations in paid search ads. Do not use domain names or social media handles that contain the PostHelp name. Do not offer cash back, rebates, or other rewards to people for using your link. Do not present yourself as PostHelp, or as speaking for PostHelp.

8. Using the PostHelp name and logo

While you are a partner, you may use the PostHelp name and the logos and materials we provide to promote PostHelp under these terms. You may not change them or suggest that PostHelp endorses you or your business beyond this program. When the partnership ends, stop using them.

9. Changes to the program

We may change these terms, the commission rate, or the program. We will post the new terms on this page and tell active partners by email before a change takes effect. Commissions already earned under the old terms stay as they were. If you keep sharing your link after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

10. Ending the partnership

You can leave the program at any time by emailing us. We can end your participation at any time, and right away if you break these terms. When the partnership ends, cleared commissions you earned while following these terms will be paid in the next regular payout if they meet the $25 minimum. Commissions tied to a violation of these terms will not be paid.

11. Our relationship

You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent, or representative of Sitez Incorporated. You cannot make promises or agreements on our behalf.

12. Liability

The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you under these terms is limited to the commissions you earned and have not yet been paid. We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect damages.

13. Questions

Email hello@posthelp.ai with any question about the program or your account. You can also review the Partner Program page or log in to your partner dashboard.
