What pays
25% of every PostHelp Captions and PostHelp Calendar payment a referred customer makes, add-ons included, during their first 12 months as a paying customer. Taxes are not included.
How long your link counts
A visitor who clicks your link is tied to you for 90 days. If they sign up in that window, the customer is yours.
When you get paid
Each commission clears 30 days after the customer's payment, then goes out with the next monthly PayPal payout once your balance reaches $25.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on that payment is removed.
No self-referrals
Purchases for your own account, or for a business you own, do not earn commission.
Tell people you are a partner
Say clearly that you earn a commission whenever you share your link. The FTC requires it, and it keeps your recommendations honest.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. The partner program is free to join and there is no minimum number of referrals.
Do I need to use PostHelp myself?
No, but it helps. Recommendations land better when you have seen the product. The Captions free trial and the Calendar free plan cost nothing and take a few minutes to set up.
What exactly earns a commission?
Paid PostHelp Captions and PostHelp Calendar plans, plus the Captions +10 generation add-on. You earn 25% of each payment the customer makes during their first 12 months as a paying customer. On a monthly plan that is up to 12 payments. On an annual plan it is the one annual payment.
Does PostHelp Captions count too?
Yes. Captions and Calendar both pay 25% for the first 12 months. If a customer buys both, you earn on both.
How do I know a referral was tracked?
Your dashboard shows every visit through your link and every referral that turns into a paid plan. If something looks wrong, email us and we will look it up by hand.
I already promote PostHelp through FlexOffers. Is this the same thing?
No. The FlexOffers program keeps running with its own terms. The partner program is a direct relationship with PostHelp, with commission paid over a full year. A single sale earns a commission in one program, not both.
Can I buy PostHelp through my own link?
You can buy it, but purchases for your own account or a business you own do not earn commission.
