PostHelp works right in your phone’s browser — no app store download required. But if you want to open it with a single tap, just like any other app on your phone, you can add it to your home screen in about 30 seconds.
Once it’s there, PostHelp launches in full-screen mode, loads faster, and stays right where you need it — alongside your camera and social apps. Here’s how to set it up on iPhone and Android.
iPhone (Safari)
This works on any iPhone running iOS 11.3 or later. You’ll need to use Safari — the Add to Home Screen option isn’t available in Chrome or other browsers on iPhone.
- Open Safari and go to posthelp.ai. Log in to your account if you haven’t already.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen. It’s the square icon with an upward arrow.
- Scroll down in the share menu and tap Add to Home Screen.
- You’ll see a preview of the icon and the name. You can leave the name as-is or shorten it to something like “PostHelp.” Tap Add in the upper-right corner.
- That’s it. PostHelp now appears on your home screen. Tap it anytime to go straight to your dashboard.
Tip: If you don’t see the Add to Home Screen option, make sure you’re using Safari. Apple restricts this feature to its own browser.
Android (Chrome)
This works on most Android phones using Chrome. Some Android browsers like Samsung Internet also support it, but the steps below are specifically for Chrome.
- Open Chrome and go to posthelp.ai. Log in to your account if you haven’t already.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of Chrome.
- Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app — the wording varies slightly depending on your version of Chrome).
- Confirm the name and tap Add. On some phones you’ll also need to tap Add again on a second confirmation popup, or long-press to place the icon.
- PostHelp is now on your home screen. Open it anytime and you’re right back where you left off.
Tip: Chrome may also show a banner at the bottom of the screen saying “Add PostHelp to Home screen.” If you see that, just tap it — even easier.
What Changes When You Add It?
Adding PostHelp to your home screen doesn’t install anything on your phone. It creates a shortcut that opens PostHelp in its own window, without the browser’s address bar and tabs getting in the way. Everything still runs through your browser behind the scenes — your data, your login, your photos — nothing changes except that it feels more like a native app.
You’ll also notice it loads a bit faster since your phone caches the most-used parts of the interface. And because PostHelp is designed as a progressive web app, the experience is optimized for mobile from the start.
Removing It
If you ever want to remove PostHelp from your home screen, just long-press the icon and select Remove or Uninstall, the same way you’d remove any other app. It won’t affect your account or data — you can always go back to posthelp.ai in your browser.
One Tap. Every Time.
That’s all there is to it. Adding PostHelp to your home screen puts your social media content tool right next to your camera — exactly where it belongs. Snap a photo on the job, tap the icon, and you’ve got a post ready to go before you leave the site.
