Turn Your Captions Into Posts That Actually Go Out.
PostHelp Calendar takes a caption and turns it into a scheduled post on your real social accounts. You pick the time, pick the platforms, and approve it. PostHelp does the posting and tells you when it is live. This page walks you through your first scheduled post.
What Calendar Does, in Plain Language
Captions writes the words. Calendar gets those words out the door on a schedule. You give it a caption, either one you drafted in Calendar or one written for you, then you choose which platforms it goes to and what time it should publish. When you approve a post, Calendar lines it up and publishes it for you through your own connected accounts at the time you picked.
When a post goes live, Calendar emails you to confirm and gives you a link to the published post. Nothing goes out that you did not approve. You decide the time, the platforms, and the wording. Calendar handles the publishing and the tracking so you are not living in five apps at once.
You Stay in Control
This is the part people worry about first, so let us be clear up front. Calendar never posts anything you did not approve. There is no robot quietly taking over your accounts. You approve each post, and only approved posts publish. You can edit a scheduled post right up until it goes out, move it to another day, or pull it back entirely. Calendar is the conductor. You are still the one holding the baton.
Connected or Reminder. Both Are Real Ways to Use Calendar.
Pick the one that fits where you are. You can start with reminders and switch to connected publishing whenever you are ready.
Connected
Paid plansYou connect your accounts once. From then on, PostHelp publishes your approved posts for you at the time you set, then emails you a confirmation with a link to the live post. This is the done-for-you path. You still approve every post.
Reminder
Free planYou do not connect anything. PostHelp writes the post and emails you a ready-to-post reminder at the right time. You post it yourself, on your own accounts, in a couple of taps. It is the free path, and it is a real way to work, not a crippled trial.
Free uses reminder mode. The paid plans (Publish and up) add connected publishing. Same posts, same drafting, same calendar. The difference is whether PostHelp posts for you or hands you the post to put up yourself.
Your First Scheduled Post
The whole thing takes a few minutes the first time. After that, scheduling a post is a thirty-second job.
Connect or Choose Reminder
Decide how this brand will run. Connect your accounts if you want PostHelp to publish for you, or choose reminder mode if you would rather post yourself. You can change your mind later.
The Connecting Your Accounts page walks through the connect flow platform by platform.
Pick or Draft a Caption
Have Calendar draft a caption for you using your saved brand voice, or write your own. You can draft a single post or let Calendar batch-draft a whole week from your posting schedule.
Either way, the caption is yours to edit before it goes anywhere.
Schedule and Approve
Pick the platforms, set a publish time with the quarter-hour picker, and approve the post. Approving is what arms a connected post to publish.
That is it. Connected posts publish on their own. Reminder posts email you when it is time.
Tick These Four and You Are Up and Running
Work through them in order. Should take just a few minutes the first time.
- An account connected, or reminder mode chosen for this brand.
- Your first post drafted, by AI or written yourself.
- Platforms and a publish time set on that post.
- The post approved. That arms it to publish (connected) or to remind you (reminder).
