We Don't Want to Run
Your Social Media. We Want You To.
PostHelp is a family of AI tools that writes your posts, schedules them, and puts them to work - while you stay the one who reads, approves, and hits Post. This page is the story of why we built it that way.
The Easy Pitch Was Full Autopilot.
We Drew a Line Instead.
Every AI social media tool wants to tell you the same story: set it and forget it. Let the machine write, schedule, and post while you sleep. It demos well. It also produces feeds that sound like nobody, posted by no one, for no reason.
Your customers can tell. So can you.
So we drew a line that shapes every product decision we make: PostHelp does the work, and you stay in the loop. The AI writes, suggests, surfaces, and organizes. You review, approve, and post. Every time.
That extra click - the one where you read the post and say "yes, that's me" - is not friction we have failed to remove. It is the whole reason the things PostHelp writes still sound like your business.
One Photo Named image_203.jpg.
Then One Tool. Then a Family.
PostHelp began when Ernie St. Gelais, a WordPress developer who runs Sitez Incorporated, was helping a client with social media. The client had dozens of great job site photos, every one of them named something like image_203.jpg. He knew exactly what each photo meant because he was there. He just could not turn that into a post fast enough to post consistently - and neither could anyone else looking at the image cold.
The first answer was Captions: upload the photo, let AI read it, and get back platform-ready posts written in the business's own voice. Real business owners started using it immediately - a mover, a septic company, a salon owner - and it became clear the problem was never specific to one industry.
Then the next problem showed up right behind it. A folder of good captions still has to become a posting schedule, and Ernie was living that problem too - running social media posting for his own web clients with spreadsheets and hand-built automations. So he built Calendar, the tool that takes an approved post, publishes it to your connected accounts at the time you chose, and reports back on what happened. The spreadsheet workflow became a product anyone can drive.
That is the pattern PostHelp grows by: each tool exists because the one before it exposed the next real problem. Posts you have published deserve a second life on your own website - that's Posts, in design now. And the photo library you already own is full of content waiting to be written - that's Studio, in design behind it.
Four Tools, One Job Each
Each tool solves one piece of the small-business social media problem. They share one account, one brand voice, and one rule: you stay in control.
Captions Live now
The writing tool. Upload a photo or paste a link and get platform-ready posts in your voice, in seconds.
Calendar Live now
The scheduling tool. Approve a post, pick the platforms and the time, and Calendar publishes it to your own accounts and tracks the result.
Posts Coming soon
The display tool. Put the posts you have already published back to work on your own website.
Studio Coming soon
The content engine. Turn the images already in your media library into captions, descriptions, and ready-to-use content.
The Glue Is Your Voice
The business profile you build in one PostHelp tool - your tone, your services, your rules, the posts you save - is the same profile every other tool draws from. Teach the family your voice once and everything it writes, schedules, or surfaces sounds like you wrote it on a good day.
One Developer. No Committee.
PostHelp is built and maintained by Ernie St. Gelais, founder of Sitez Incorporated, a WordPress development company in Colorado Springs, Colorado with 30 years of experience building online businesses.
Ernie has built two multi-million dollar online businesses from the ground up, with deep expertise in site architecture, eCommerce, analytics, and performance optimization. PostHelp is not a venture-funded experiment chasing a trend - it is a focused product family built by someone who works with small business websites every day and watched the same social media problem stall client after client.
