How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Monthly plans stop at the end of the billing cycle. Annual plans can be canceled at renewal. All paid plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Do I need to connect my social media accounts?

No. PostHelp writes the captions — you copy and paste them wherever you post. No API connections, no account linking, no permissions to worry about.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your photos and posts are yours. PostHelp doesn't share your content with other users or use it to train AI models. Photos are stored securely and only accessible to your account.

What if I run out of generations?

Upgrade to a higher plan anytime, or grab a one-time +50 generation add-on for $5. Your counter resets on the 1st of every month.
